This cotton blouse with a deep V-neckline works beautifully for midday gatherings and soirées alike. Fitted and smocked throughout the bodice and upper sleeves with contrast stiches, it pools into voluminous sleeves starting from the elbow. The back has a cut and is tied beautifully on the back neckline with a binding made of body fabric.
