Founded in 2010, Lug Von Siga, the acronym of its designer Gul Agis’ name, is a contemporary brand from Istanbul. Respectful of its rich cultural heritage, yet with its doors wide open to the world, Lug Von Siga is the result of a dream and strong determination.

Lug Von Siga strives to be a timeless brand by proposing versatile and elegant pieces with an accessible price point. In Lug Von Siga collections, essentials are interpreted through comfortable yet feminine forms. Separates aim to appeal to a dynamic woman that likes to mix and match and have fun with her wardrobe.

Gul Agis always links her collections to different stories and there is always a mix of sportswear inspired, casual and elegant pieces enriched with decorations or prints. Patterns and embroideries are pivotal to every collection and are exclusively designed by Gul Agis.



The first collection named ‘Hammam Decadance’ tells the anecdote of the life and emotions among women during the early days of the old city of Istanbul.

This was the beginning and place where in 2010 Gul Agis started writing the success story of LUG VON SIGA, the acronym of her name, reflecting a new aesthetic and eclectic style, originated from her rich cultural heritage. Since then LUG VON SIGA collections express the romance of the courageous strong woman with a modern cultural life.

Following the successful launch of the first seasons of the brand during Istanbul Fashion Week, LUG VON SIGA collections were soon showcased at London Fashion Week for three seasons starting with Spring/Summer 2013.

Each collection reveals a different aspect of craftsmanship underlined with the love for embroidery and details forming the signature of the brand.

The story of LUG VON SIGA continues with a turning point for the brand in 2014, when Agis was chosen by Mercedes Benz as one of the most talented designers and presented her brand first during Mercedes Benz Fashion Week Istanbul.

Followed by an invitation by IMG to present LUG VON SIGA during the opening night of Mercedes Benz Fashion Days in Zurich in November 2014 and at MBFW in Madrid in the following season.

By this time LUG VON SIGA has become internationally known as a successful designer brand and is chosen by VOGUE Italy and Turkish Leather Brands to create a capsule collection, which was presented at Pitti Uomo at Palazzo Cappone in Florence and sold at ‘La Rinascente’ in Milan.

Through the dedication to express the vision of the LUG VON SIGA woman, Agis created a brand which is renowned for the innovative and often surprising use of embroidery and embellishment that transforms each piece into an unique sequence of a powerful story.

LUG VON SIGA has by now more than thirty sales points at concept and department stores around the world, from ‘Harvey Nichols’ in Turkey to ‘Harvey Nichols’ Kuwait, ‘La Rinascente’ in Milan, ’Scoop NYC’ and ‘Le66’ in Beirut.
