Creative Director and Founder

After having completed her first major in English Language & Literature, Gul Agis studied fashion design at the Istituto Marangoni and completed her fashion design master’s degree, at the Politecnico Di Design University in Milan. After her graduation, she has been working for, and consulting many fashion houses as well as companies both in Milan and Istanbul. She has decided to create her own ready-to-wear brand with the acronym of her name, as Lug Von Siga in 2010. Being respectful to her own heritage and culture, her love for prints, fabric manipulation and embroideries made LVS a highly recognized and respected brand within the global platform. Gul Agis loves collaborating with many creative artists from different disciplines and all over the world.

Founded in 2010, Lug Von Siga, the acronym of its Creative Director Gul Agis’ name, is a contemporary brand from Istanbul. Respectful of its rich cultural heritage, yet with its doors wide open to the world, Lug Von Siga is the result of a dream and strong determination.

Lug Von Siga strives to be a timeless brand by proposing versatile and elegant pieces with an accessible price point. In Lug Von Siga collections, essentials are interpreted through comfortable yet feminine forms. Separates aim to appeal to a dynamic woman who likes to mix and match and have fun with her wardrobe.

Gul Agis always links her collections to different stories and there is always a mix of sportswear inspired, casual as well as elegant pieces enriched with embellishments, trims and /or prints. Patterns and embroideries that are pivotal to every collection are exclusively designed by Gul Agis. Every collection has its own comforting story and smooth approach.

Lug Von Siga is a designer brand made with Love. It is for the special woman who believes to be unique, sensual and cares for the planet as much as she cares for herself. Lug Von Siga has a responsible persona that describes a conscious woman whose commitment to sustainability is not only part of the brand’s ethos but also runs through most of the production processes. The focus of the designer’s philosophy is the respect for people, nature and animals. The environment should be protected by conserving natural resources and using renewable materials wherever they are available.
